🏆 Jonty def. BangingBalls · 5&3 · Losers Round 1 · Ubsey Golf Par 3 Shootout
Jonty closed out BangingBalls 5&3 in Losers Round 1 at The Foundry Golf Club, and the finish was all about the back nine. After a tight front side that saw the two men split the first two holes and halve five more, Jonty flipped a switch, reeling off five straight wins from hole 11 through 15 to end things early. That stretch, closing the match outright, buried BangingBalls after they'd actually grabbed the lead briefly on the first hole.
It was never really a coin flip on paper, with 80 percent of pickers calling Jonty's win, and the holes backed up the chalk. Jonty advances to Losers Round 2, while BangingBalls is eliminated from the Ubsey Golf Par 3 Shootout after a front nine that promised more than the back nine delivered.
