🏆 IdaGolf def. Gorilla Golf · 2&1 · Losers Round 1 · Ubsey Golf Par 3 Shootout
IdaGolf outlasted GORILLAGOLF25 in a grinding Losers Round 1 battle at The Foundry Golf Club, closing it out 2&1 after 17 holes. GORILLAGOLF25 actually struck first and pushed the advantage to 2 down through 5 holes, but IdaGolf steadied things with a win on 6 and stayed level through a stretch of halved holes before pulling away. A two hole run from 13 through 14 proved decisive, and with every one of the 15 pick'em voters backing IdaGolf, the result matched the room's expectations.
The finish was a quiet one, with the final three holes all halved as IdaGolf protected the lead and closed out the match. The win sends IdaGolf on to Losers Round 2, while GORILLAGOLF25 is eliminated from the tournament after a hard fought fight that slipped away in the middle holes.
