🏆 Jonty def. crushinit · 5&3 · Losers Round 2 · Ubsey Golf Par 3 Shootout
Jonty needed a little patience before this one turned decisive. CrushGolf grabbed the momentum early, building a 2 hole lead through 5 after trading the first six holes, but Jonty answered with a four hole run from 6 through 9 to erase the deficit and seize control. From there Top of the Rock belonged to Jonty, who kept CrushGolf at arm's length over the back nine with three halves and three wins down the stretch, closing it out 5&3. Three quarters of the 12 picks had Jonty winning this one, and the favorite delivered in Losers Round 2.
The finish was clean, with Jonty taking 2 of the final 3 holes played and halving the other to put this match away. Jonty advances to Losers Round 3, while CrushGolf is eliminated from the tournament after a match that got away from them once the back nine began.
