JLew & The Tombots grinded out a 3&1 win over U-No-It Squatters at Valley of the Eagles, and it was wire to wire from the opening hole. JLewTheBot and TOM70 struck first on 1 and never trailed, building momentum with a two hole run from 5 through 6 to take control of the front nine, which they won 5 to 3 with 1 halved.
The back nine turned into a battle of nerves, with three holes halved down the stretch before JLew & The Tombots closed it out on 17. U-No-It Squatters battled to the finish but could not find the closing gains they needed, winning 5 holes to the winner's 8. With the loss, U-No-It Squatters is eliminated from the tournament, while JLew & The Tombots advance to Losers Bracket Round 4.
